Our Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for furniture items)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Anti allergy duvets and pillows (for health protection reasons)
  • Adhesives and tapes (once opened)
  • Made-to-order furniture from our Amelie and Anders collections (as these are customized pieces)
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse

Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our Westminster-based customer service team will:

  • Confirm your return eligibility
  • Provide return shipping instructions
  • Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

For furniture items, please ensure:

  • All components are securely wrapped in original protective materials
  • The RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package
  • You retain proof of postage

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after return receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For exchanges, we’ll process your new order immediately upon return verification

Damaged or Incorrect Items
